Kaneka OLED is a Japanese company making significant technological advancements in the organic LED lighting industry. Maiarelli Studio designed Kaneka OLED’s logo and, in partnership with the PR agency Novità Communications, developed a strategy to help them break into the US market.

In 2016, we worked with Kaneka OLED to launch their first product, Kaneka Luce. After developing the brand concept and art directing the product photography, we developed print material and signage for the product’s debut at an installation at the Museum of Arts and Design.
In 2017, we continued our collaboration with Kaneka to launch Kumiko, a decorative modular lighting system by Michiru Tanaka, designing the product logo, brochure and launch event signage.
